2.1: Our App provides users with tools to create AI-assisted mind maps ("MindCards"), quizzes, and summaries.
2.2: The App includes a free tier and a premium subscription tier with advanced features and increased usage limits.

3. User Accounts

3.1: To access the App, you must create an account using your full name and email address or sign in via OAuth.
3.2: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring their security.
3.3: Misuse or unauthorized access to your account should be reported immediately to reach.btsoft@gmail.com.

Subscription Plans and Payments

4. Subscription Plans

4.1: The App offers subscription plans for monthly or yearly periods, which are processed via Google Play In-App Purchase.
4.2: Subscriptions grant access to premium features, including:
- Higher usage limits.
- Advanced AI capabilities for creating MindCards.
4.3: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4.4: Refunds for subscriptions are subject to Google Play’s refund policies.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

5. AI Functionality

5.1: The App uses AI to process user input and generate content.
5.2: AI interactions are solely for enhancing your in-app experience.
5.3: No personal data, such as your name or email, is shared with or processed by the AI.

User Responsibilities

6.1: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6.2: You may not use the App to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

7.1: All App content, design, and functionality, including AI-generated results, are the intellectual property of MindStock.
7.2: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without explicit permission.

8.2: We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1: To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindStock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the App;
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MindStock, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Cancellation and Termination

10.1: You may cancel your subscription anytime via Google Play settings.
10.2: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law
